Welcome to another Dynalistic Wellbeing Workshop in Studley!
This class is suitable for the healthy adult who is comfortable to practice a light to medium Yoga class.
You are invited to indulge yourself in this practice of the Yin and the Yang where we bring about two aspects of our Mind Body Systems.
This session will include a general meditation and breath warm up. Followed by a Yang Yoga session of 45 minutes which will include some Vinyasa Yoga Flow sequences for strength and mobility and Yoga pose stretches for muscle release.
We will then take a herbal tea break for 15 minutes.
The last 45 minutes will be an indulgence of Yin style stretches to release the deeper fascia and bring emotional healing and an overall sense of well being.
Please bring with you a yoga mat, a drink of water, yoga blocks if you have these and one or even two big pillows or a yoga bolster for the stretches. You can bring along a big blanket for extra comfort for the final relaxation and meditation if you would like to pamper yourself!
